I placed an order, but the data I placed is wrong. What can I do?
Send an email to support@hdbskincare.com with the reference of your order and give us a note of the correct data.

I placed an order but forgot to add a product to my cart. Is it possible to add?
No problem! Get in touch with us via our customer support email, support@hdbskincare.com, and indicate which extra products you want to buy and we will send you your payment details.

My order did not come with the correct products. What I should do?
Speak to our customer support via email or phone to tell them what has happened. They will give the best follow-up to correcting it.

Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible. Check our exchanges and returns policy here

Do you ship to Europe? And the rest of the world?
We are currently only shipping to Portugal (Mainland and Islands) and European Union. However, get in touch with us to try to find a solution.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Same day delivery (Place your order before 14h00) - Same day available for Lisbon, Oeiras e Cascais
Express Delivery (For Lisbon) - 2h within business hours
Portugal (Continental) - 24h - 48h
Portugal (Islands) - 48h - 72h (subject to carrier availability)
European Union - 48h - 72h (subject to carrier availability)

What payment methods are available?
We have available payment by MB Way, Multibanco reference, via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Paypal. If you have no way of using any of these methods, send us an email to support@hdbskincare.com indicating the products you intend to purchase.

Are HBD Skincare products suitable for all skin types?
Yes! Our products were developed with all skin types in mind. In “Lift me up” you have the possibility to choose depending on your skin type, there is for dry and normal skin or oily skin.

How do I recycle your packaging?
HDB Skincare packaging was designed and developed to have a second life. When you no longer need the packaging, check the label that contains the information on which recycling container you should put.

Do your products have a differentiating and innovative ingredient?
Yes. All our products are Infused with the powerful Amazonian Andiroba Oil. You can only find Andiroba oil in the Amazon forest. It is an ingredient that has immense benefits for your skin before during and after sports. It is a natural ingredient and serves as an anti-inflammatory, anti-edema, warms and relaxes muscles.
