Exchanges and returns
We are committed to providing the best quality products to all our customers. While we hope you are always satisfied with your purchase at HDB Skincare, we know that there are times when you may need to return a product. If you need to return your product, carefully read the information below:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
- Products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition.
- You will be responsible for return shipping charges, which will not be refunded unless you have received the damaged goods.
- Place a note pasted on the front of the package explaining the reason for your return.
- Send an email to email@example.com to let us know and then send the product to Rua Joaquim Rocha Cabral 16, 7ºB. 1600-086 Lisboa
- Be sure to register your order tracking number, as we cannot refund until we confirm receipt of the returned products. We are not responsible for lost products.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the product.

We are happy to exchange any damaged or unused product. If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
- We accept exchanges on items purchased from www.hdbskincare.com only within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Send the product you want to exchange and the receipt. On the receipt, leave a note indicating why and which products you want to exchange.
- If there is a cost difference with the exchange, we will contact you.
- You will be responsible for shipping charges for the exchange, which will not be refunded.

Damaged products policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, you must contact customer support within 30 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. so that the appropriate exchange can be made.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased on a promotion or gift cards or voucher cards.
